I have not used this product myself yet, but my friends have used it and the results were amazing
I tried this hair roller on a 7 day old silk press. Normally I use 4 rubber flexi rods to preserve my curls, but I wanted to try this hair roller.
It was a little bit of a struggle keeping my hair on this rod, I think mainly due to the satin and the difficulty of getting my hair to grip to the material. I chose to bend the ends of the rod to help secure it better. I used the hair tie on the end but I noticed some of my ends were still sticking out. When rolling with flexi rods, my ends are normally tucked away and secured.
I didn’t have too much of a problem with sleeping overnight. I’m a side sleeper and the roller was conveniently positioned right off to the side of where I normally sleep so it wasn’t uncomfortable or anything. I appreciate the clip being provided to help keep the rod in place, However it’s going to take some practice getting the hang of it. Now as for the curls, they were a nice big wavy curl. I didn’t add and hair spray or cream to my hair before putting the rod on and my curls stayed all day. Overall, I think it’s a good way to preserve your hair, it will just take some adjusting to
Love love love! This is the best way to curl your hair without standing or sitting with your arms in the air with a hot curling iron!! I blow dry or air dry until it’s almost completely dry. Then wrap my hair and secure it, spray with a little hairspray and go to bed. When you take it out Inlet it fall naturally for a bit. Then run fingers through it and style with hairspray.
Very affordable for what the results are, it works very fast, it’s extremely easy to use and the curls are beautiful and I love them!!!!! The product had great material so you can use the scrunchie and hair clip for other things as well.
Bigger than expected. Suit better for longer hair.
